How To Use

How to use this product

Ensure surfaces are clean and free of oil, grease or loose particles.
Porous surfaces should be prepared by grinding, brushing, wiping with a cloth or blowing off with oil-free compressed air. Any laitance should be removed from concrete-based surfaces.
Non-porous surfaces should be free of scale, rust or oxides. They can be degreased with a solvent such as MEK, acetone or mineral turpentine. Some degreasing solvents may leave a residue that should be removed.
Cut cartridge tip & nozzle end to desired opening.
Fit cartridge with nozzle & apply using a cartridge gun.
Push the sealant into joint or onto surface. Ensure sealant makes good contact with surfaces.
To achieve neat joint use masking tape on both sides of the joint and remove tape before product skinning

Clean up

Uncured product can be removed with mineral turpentine.
Cured product can be removed by mechanical action.

Safety Tips

Not recommended for areas in direct contact with food, eating utensils and drinking water.
Uncured sealant may cause an allergic skin reaction.
Keep out of reach of children.
Avoid skin and eye contact and breathing vapours. If skin contact occurs, wash with soap and water.
If in eyes, flood with water for at least 15 min and seek medical advice.
