SELLEYS Marine Flex

Selleys Marine FlexTM high performance adhesive sealant can be used on boats, pools & spas, where you need a water proof seal or bond, even under water. It can be applied & will cure under water. No need to drain your pool or spa. Compared to traditional polyurethane it provides a more durable seal & bond with superior UV weather resistance.

*Can be used on only when sealed/primed and painted.

Note: Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE, permanent water immersion or plugging leaks subject to pressure. Avoid subjecting to water pressure or movement until fully cured.

How To Use

How to use this product
Ensure surfaces are clean and free from oil and dirt prior to application.
Apply with a caulking gun, pushing sealant into joint or gap.
Smooth off using a spatula within 15 minutes of applying.

Storage and re-use
Store in cool, dry conditions below 30°C.
Use within 6 months of opening.

Clean up
Clean up uncured Marine Flex with rags wetted with mineral turps. Cured sealant can be removed by scraping or sanding.

Handy Hints
For neater joints, mask sides before applying sealant and remove tape before sealant skins.
If paint does not wet out sealant surface properly, lightly sand sealant before painting.

Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE.

Safety tips
Cure excess product before disposal.
Avoid skin and eye contact and inhalation of vapour. If in eyes, wash out immediately with water. If skin contact occurs, wipe off immediately and wash with running water.
Ensure use in a well ventilated area.
